Wayne Gretzky's familiar red and white Titan TPM 2020 was a trademark… but you won't find a blue one in even the most complete collections. This scarce example was produced by Titan for Wayne to use at the NHL All-Star Game in Hartford on February 4th, 1986. Stamped "W. Gretzky" low on the shaft and coded "6-002" with the factory manufacture date stamp "20 Jan 1986". The white knob tape is covered in green gauze wrap with baby-powdered "Bulldog" tape covering the blade. This one does not show game use but certainly came right off the rack. Wayne gifted this one to Rick the Stick after adding a bold "To Rick, In Friendship, Wayne Gretzky, 99" signature. From the personal collection of Rick "The Stick" Elaschuk with his signed letter of provenance.
