Wonderful outdoor hockey goalie gear collection features Petr Mrazek’s photo-matched Detroit Red Wings game-worn Vaughn pads and blocker and trapper gloves specially made for their Stadium Series game against the Colorado Avalanche at Coors Field on February 27, 2016. Each glove and both pads are individually photo-matched to the game. The items are additionally photo-matched to Detroit’s game against Chicago on March 2. “Petr Mrazek” is embroidered on all four pieces, each of which display the Red Wings special modernized old English “D” logo. Mrazek’s Stadium Series game-worn Vaughn pants are also included. Comes with a copy of the Red Wings Hockeytown COA that included these items and others.
The blocker is photo-matched to half a dozen marks by Getty Images #512766392 from the Stadium Series game on February 27, 2016;
The trapper is photo-matched to a number of marks in the pocket of the glove by Getty Images #512766392 from the Stadium Series game on February 27, 2016;
The left leg pad is photo-matched to the two long linear marks on the top area of the pad by Getty Images #512766518 from the Stadium Series game on February 27, 2016;
The right leg pad is photo-matched to a few black marks on various areas of the pad by Getty Images #513862654 from the Stadium Series game on February 27, 2016;
The glove is photo-matched to the handwritten "K" initial on the side of glove and a few small black marks by Getty Images #514070652 from Detroit’s game against Chicago on March 2, 2016. Both pads and the blocker are also photo-matched to that photo.
The black marker “K” initial, which also appears on the blocker and the bottom of the left goalie pad, are notations that they were approved by Kay Whitmore of the NHL.
“Custom Handcrafted for Petr Mrazek” is embroidered in red thread on the outside edge of each goalie pad.
