A large size 50 Goalie-Style Cut, this game-worn Belfour jersey saw action between the pipes in the 2005-2006 season, and it exhibits customized sleeves as well as light but obvious game use. Proper tagging appears below the neckline, the jersey also contains inner hem tagging for MeiGray, making this jersey part of the official National Hockey League-MeiGray Group Game-Worn Authentication Program, and it appears in the MeiGray population report as one of three, blue set 2 Belfour jerseys.
The historic Toronto Maple Leafs were the fourth NHL team Ed Belfour suited up for in his Hall of Fame career, a career that was noteworthy for a number of awards and accolades bestowed on Ed, including Calder and Vezina trophies in 1991, a number of William Jennings awards, and a Stanley Cup in 1999.
