Edmonton Oilers Auction 2005
Ce lot est fermé pour enchérir. Enchère terminée le
The Edmonton Oilers continued their cruise into the 1987 Stanley Cup Finals, jumping out to a 3-1 series lead over the Philadelphia Flyers. However, Philly would rally to win the next two to force a seventh and deciding game. The Oilers finally solved the Ron Hextall riddle in Game Seven to win their third Stanley Cup in four years. Direct from the Edmonton Coliseum, now Rexall Place, we are proud to offer the original banner that was raised high up into the rafters to celebrate and commemorate the Edmonton Oilers' third Stanley Cup Championship victory in 1987. This massive double-sided white nylon banner, measuring approximately 4 by 12 feet, proudly displays the team logo with "NHL Stanley Cup" above and "Champions 86-87" below. All logos, lettering and numbering have been individually applied to this historical one-of-a-kind display. From the archives of the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club, with accompanying letter of authenticity on team letterhead signed by Oilers General Manager Kevin Lowe.
